Terms of Service

1. Service

Nerddi Cloud provides project management, website deployment and related hosting controls. Capabilities, quotas and availability may vary by plan and by the maturity of individual platform services.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity performed through your Nerddi ID account and for maintaining appropriate control of credentials and authorized collaborators.

3. Your content

You retain responsibility for content you upload or publish and must have the rights necessary to host and distribute it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Nerddi Cloud to distribute malware, evade security controls, attack other systems, unlawfully access data, or host content prohibited by applicable law or the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Service protection

Nerddi may limit, quarantine, suspend or remove projects when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, other users, infrastructure, or legal compliance.

6. Plans and limits

Resource limits, included features and any paid entitlements will be displayed with the applicable plan. Usage beyond supported limits may be restricted pending an upgrade or administrative review.

7. Backups and deployments

Version history and backup features improve recoverability but do not remove the user's responsibility to retain independent copies of important source material.

8. Changes and contact

Final commercial terms, support channels and jurisdiction-specific provisions will be published before paid availability.
